We are Amazon Consultancy Services

Amazon Consultancy Services was founded by Ian Jobber in August 2020. Ian has an extensive background in online sales stretching back over 15 years which is our foundation. 

We have a huge database of Amazon knowledge accrued the hard way – by selling everything from knitting needles to multi vitamins to high ticket specialist machinery.

We have extensive experience of managing accounts of all sizes, from start ups to household names.

I’ve always been interested in the process of influencing the sales of an item to customers and the process of understanding your market. 

This continued to grow whilst at school and college – from selling sweets in the playground to car parts on eBay.

After graduating with my Business and Enterprise Degree I chose take what I had learnt and put it into practice. 

I joined a very young company that was using this website – Amazon – to sell its craft products to buyers in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Why I Founded Amazon Consultancy Services

I founded Amazon Consultancy Services after spending years working both inside businesses managing and growing Amazon accounts, and as an Amazon seller myself. Through that experience, I saw first-hand the challenges that brands face when trying to navigate Amazon’s constantly changing marketplace, as well as the limitations of many traditional agencies that lack real selling experience. Having built, managed, and optimised Amazon businesses from both sides of the table, I created Amazon Consultancy Services to provide practical, results-driven support based on genuine hands-on experience, helping brands grow profitably without lengthy contracts or unnecessary complexity.
